  1. 4 Salmon steaks - about 1" thick

  2. Marinade

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Vegetable oil

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml White wine vinegar

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried parsley flakes

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried Italian seasoning

  9. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Paprika

  10. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic salt

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Onion powder

  1. In shallow bowl, blend all the marinade ingredients. Place salmon steaks in plastic bag. Pour marinade over fish. Seal bag. Refrigerate at least 1 and 1/2 hours, turning bag over two or three times.

  2. Remove the steaks from marinade. Reserve marinade. Arrange fish on the grill and baste with marinade. Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn. Baste with remaining marinade. Broil until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 5 minutes.
