  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  2. 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast , cut into strips

  3. 1 yellow bell pepper , cut into strips

  4. 1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce

  5. 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

  6. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  7. 2 cups broccoli florets

  8. 1 1/2 cups instant rice, cooked

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add chicken & strips of bell pepper & cook 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add sweet & sour sauce, dressing, soy sauce & broccoli, mixing well.

  4. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

  5. Serve over hot rice. ?
