  1. 1 cup rice flour

  2. 2 tblsp sugar

  3. 2 tsp baking powder

  4. 1/2 tsp salt

  5. 1/4 cup of applesauce

  6. 1 cup of rice milk

  7. 2 tsp vegetable oil

  1. Mix dry ingrediants in a bowl and then beat in milk until mixture has a smooth consistency. Add applesauce and oil and mix until just blended. Add a little oil to griddle and cook on med heat.
