  1. 3 cups plain flour

  3. 1 tspn pepper

  4. 3 tspn baking powder

  5. 1 tspn bi-carbonate of soda

  6. 1 tblspn dried oregano --

  7. 2 tblspn sugar

  8. 100g butter (melted)

  9. 2 eggs

  10. 1 cup milk

  11. 1 tspn green Tabasco --

  12. 1/2 cup pickled sliced jalapenos

  13. 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (chop them smaller...1/4)

  14. 1 large onion diced and sauteed in a bit of the oil from tomatoes --

  15. 150g (phili) cream cheese

  1. How to make it Pre heat oven @ 375°f (190°C) Mix the first 6 dry ingredients in a large bowl Mix ( with a fork) the sugar and melted butter in a separate small bowl Mix in eggs 1 at a time Mix in milk and Tabasco Gently fold liquid ingredients into dry ingredients Fold in Jalapenos, tomatoes, and sauteed onions Use a muffin tray with cup cake liners Half fill each cup cake with mix Add 1 tspn of cream cheese to each cup cake and then cover with mixture Bake for 35 min @ 375°f eat warm...enjoy!
