  1. 6 loin pork chops

  2. 1 beef bouillon cube

  3. 1/2 cup water

  4. 2Tbls. flour

  5. 2 Tbls. brown sugar

  6. 1/4 cup water

  7. 2 Tbls. finely chopped onion

  8. 1/2 cup dairy sour cream

  9. 1Tbls. ketchup

  10. 1 garlic clove minced

  11. 1/2 c water, brown sugar, onion, ketchup, garlic and boullion cube. Cover; simmer

  12. 30-40 minutes or til tender. Remove chops to serving platter and keep warm. In a small bowl, combine flour with

  13. 1/4 cup water; slowly add to cooking liquid, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Stir in sour cream, heat thoroughly. DO NOT BOIL. Serve sauce over chops. Makes
