  1. Roasted Soy Nuts

  2. 2 cups dried soy beans

  3. Water Seasoning of choice Place soybeans in bowl with enough water to cover. Soak soybeans

  4. for 12 hours. They will absorb the water, so add more as needed.

  5. Drain and rinse soybeans. Sprinkle with salt, garlic, soy sauce,

  6. or any other desired seasoning. Or, just leave them plain. Spread

  7. 350 degree for 1 hour, or until beans

  8. are lightly browned and crisp. Stir often while baking. Store in

  9. an airtight container.
