  1. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

  2. 1 Crushed pineapple - drained

  3. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Butter

  4. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Nutmeats

  5. 3 Eggs

  6. Graham crackers

  7. Whipped cream

  8. Bottled cherries

  1. Cream together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs one at a time and beat untill fluffy.

  2. Fold in the drained pineapple and the nutmeats (walnuts pecans etc -- your choice). Line an 8 x 8 cake pan with graham cracker crumbs, then add alternate layers of mixture and crumbs. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream and cherries on individual pieces.

  3. NOTES : Note: All ingredients should be at room temperature before you start.
