  1. Garden Pasta Soup

  2. 3 carrots, sliced

  3. 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons

  4. 1 garlic clove, minced

  5. 15 ounce can chick peas, drain, rinsed

  6. 28 ounce can whole tomatoes, cut up

  7. 2 tablespoons parsley, minced

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  10. 5 cups water

  11. 3/4 cup rotini

  12. Place all ingredients, except pasta, in slow cooker. Cover and 7 to 9 hours on (HIGH) for 3 to 4 hours, until

  13. veggies are tender.

  14. Stir in pasta and cook at HIGH for 30 minutes or until done.
