  1. 8 pound fully cooked ham whole clove s mustard (my mother used French's yellow mustard )

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. With a sharp knife, lightly score surface of ham in a diamond pattern. Brush, spread on as much mustard to cover ham. Insert cloves. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake 1½ hours, until a meat thermometer registers 140 degrees.
