  1. Breast Of Chicken Indonesian Style

  2. Serves 4 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  3. Salt and pepper

  4. 1 tablespoons soy sauce

  5. 1 teaspoons honey or brown sugar

  6. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  7. 1 tablespoons ground cumin

  8. 1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper

  9. 1/2 teaspoons turmeric

  10. 1 tablespoons ground coriander

  11. 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic

  12. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  13. Place the chicken in a mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce,

  14. honey, lemon juice, cumin, cayenne, turmeric, coriander and garlic.

  15. Blend well so that the pieces are well coated. Cover with plastic

  16. wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

  17. Heat the oil in a skillet large enough to hold the pieces in one

  18. layer without crowding. Over medium heat, add the pieces of chicken

  19. and cook until browned on one side. Turn the pieces and reduce the

  20. heat to low. Cook ten minutes or until done. Serve hot.
