  1. /2 c. (4 oz.) lime juice, fresh or bottled

  2. 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

  3. 1 sm. (8 oz.) Cool Whip

  4. 2 drops blue food coloring

  5. 1 graham cracker crust or reg.

  1. Mix juice and food coloring with condensed milk – it will thicken. Fold in 3/4 of Cool Whip. Put in crust. Cool in refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours. Use remaining Cool Whip on top. (Cool Whip at room temperature is easier to handle.)

  2. Variation: Soften and beat 8 ounce cream cheese, add lime juice and condensed milk, omit food coloring.
