  1. 1 1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef

  2. 1 large onion, diced

  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  4. 16 oz. Tomato sauce

  5. 8 oz tomato paste

  6. 1 1/2 c. water

  7. 1 tsp. Oregano

  8. 1 tsp. Salt

  9. 4 c. mozzarella cheese

  10. 1 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese

  11. 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

  1. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, salt, and oregano. Combine all the cheese into a separate bowl. Spread ½ to ½ sauce mixture in bottom of cooker. Arrange ⅓ of noodles on top of sauce mixture and top with ⅓ of cheeses. Repeat until finished. Cook on LOW for 2 ½ to 3 hours. *Excellent & Easy*
