  1. -- SALAD -- 1/2 ts Powdered sugar and salt

  2. 1/3 c White tequila

  3. 3 tb Lime juice, fresh

  4. 1 c Pineapple juice

  5. DRESSING -- Chilled

  6. Lettuce greens, washed and 1 c Sliced almonds

  7. 1 sl Water melon, cut into wedges

  8. 1 Avocado

  9. 4 Oranges

  10. 2 Grapefruit

  11. 1/2 Fresh pineapple

  12. 2 tb Olive oil

  1. Wine: Torres gran vina sol.

  2. Mix all ingredients for the dressing.

  3. Shake in a jar and chill.

  4. Using just the meat of the pineaple, cut into 1 inch cubes.

  5. Peel the grapefruit, oranges and avocado.

  6. Cut into 1 inch cubes (the avocado should be 1/2 inch).

  7. Toss together with the dressing.

  8. Place the lettuce greens fanned out on a plate.

  9. Place fruit mixture on greens, top with sliced almonds and garnish with water melon wedges.

  10. Serve chilled on a chilled plate.

  11. This would make a refreshing summer lunch dish.
