  1. 1-1/4 pounds blueberries, fresh or frozen, plus º cup for garnish

  2. 1-1/2 quarts orange juice

  3. 1/4 cup light brown sugar

  4. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

  5. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  6. 2 tablespoons water

  7. 3/4 teaspoon grated orange peel

  8. º cup buttermilk or plain yogurt

  9. 1 tablespoons julienne mint

  1. In a saucepan, bring 1 º pounds blueberries, orange juice, brown sugar and cinnamon to a boil and stir to combine.

  2. Dissolve cornstarch with water; gradually stir into blueberry mixture; cook and stir until clear and lightly thickened. Add orange peel. Pour into a bowl; refrigerate until well chilled or overnight.

  3. Serve with buttermilk swirled in or top with dollop of yogurt. Garnish with blueberries and mint, if desired.
