  1. 2 lb Ground meat

  2. 1 Onion, grated

  3. 1/2 c Bread crumbs

  4. ds Salt, pepper 1 ts Worcestershire sauce

  5. 2 Eggs, beaten

  6. 4 tb Butter

  7. 2 c Stock or consomme

  8. 4 tb Flour

  9. 1/4 c Sherry

  10. 15 minutes. Remove the meat balls, keep warm. Thicken the gravy with the flour blended with a little cold water. Cook

  11. 5 minutes, add sherry. Reheat meat balls in gravy.
