  1. 1/3 cup ketchup

  2. 1 tbsp cider vinegar

  3. 1 tbsp brown sugar

  4. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 tbsp chili powder

  6. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  1. Combine ketchup, cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour barbecue sauce into bag and cover chicken with it. Marinate for 4-6 hours.

  2. Preheat grill or broiler. Spray grill with high-temperature nonstick cooking spray before heating; or spray broiler rack while broiler is heating.

  3. Place marinated chicken breasts on grill or broiler and cook until done, about 5 minutes per side.

  4. Serves 4.
