  1. 1/2 lb Shrimp, steamed & SWhelled

  2. 1/2 lb Scallops, steamed & shelled

  3. 1/2 lb Crabmeat

  4. 1/2 lb Oysters, steamed & shelled

  5. 1/4 c Pimientos, chopped

  6. 1/4 c Green olives, chopped

  7. 1 ea Garlic clove, minced

  8. 1/2 c Onion, chopped

  9. 1 c Mayonaise

  10. 1 tb Dill, chopped

  11. 1 tb Lemon or lime juice, fresh

  12. 1/2 c Green Bell pepper, chopped

  13. 1 c Potato chips, crushed

  14. 10 minutes at

  15. 350 degrees F. Add potato chips and return to oven for 20 minutes more.
