  1. 40 Chicken wings or drumettes

  2. 3/4 cup 177ml Soy sauce

  3. 2/3 cup 157ml Honey

  4. 4 teaspoons 20ml Vegetable oil

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Coleman's dry mustard

  1. Put chicken into a plastic bag. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into the bag.

  2. Close bag securely and shake until chicken is well coated.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  4. Preheat oven to 375F.

  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place rack on top of baking sheet.

  6. Remove chicken from bag and place on the rack.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes, until crisp and golden.
