  1. Crockpot Morning Casserole

  2. 1 bag (32 oz) frozen hash browns

  3. 1 lb. bacon diced, cooked & drained or 1 lb. cubed, cooked ham

  4. 1 onion, diced

  5. 1 green pepper, diced

  6. 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese

  7. 1 dozen eggs

  8. 1 cup milk

  9. 1 tsp salt

  10. 1 tsp pepper

  11. Place a layer of frozen hash browns on the bottom of the crock pot

  12. followed by a layer of bacon then onions, green pepper and cheese.

  13. Repeat the layering process two or three more times, ending with a

  14. layer of cheese. Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.

  15. Pour over the crockpot mixture, cover and turn on low. Cook 10-12

  16. hours.
