  1. 1 cup plain flour (maida) 3/4 cup boiled and mashed potatoes 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies 2 tbsp melted butter salt to taste plain flour (maida) for rolling ghee for cooking

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead to a semi-soft dough using enough water. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 150 mm. (6") diameter, using whole wheat flour. Cook on a hot tava (griddle) on both sides, using a little ghee, till brown spots appear on both the sides. Serve hot.
