  1. 1 cup light brown sugar

  2. 1 cup white sugar

  3. 1/3 cup karo syrup

  4. 1/3 cup water

  5. 2 cups pecans

  6. 1 tablespoon butter

  1. Preparation : Combine brown sugar, white sugar, karo syrup and water, and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until soft ball stage. (Drop a small amount in cold water to form soft ball). Remove from heat and add butter. Beat until milky color. Add nuts and drop by spoonsfull onto wax paper.
