  8. 1 lb Sweet Italian sausage,

  9. Casings removed, crumbled

  10. 1/2 ts Dried red pepper flakes

  11. 1/2 c Diced onions

  12. 3 cl Garlic, minced

  13. 1 cn Italian plum tomatoes,

  14. Drained, coarsely chopped

  15. 1 1/2 c Whipping cream

  16. 1/2 ts Salt

  17. 12 oz Bow tie pasta

  18. 3 tb Minced fresh parsley

  19. Freshly grated Parmesan

  20. Cheese

  23. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and pepper

  24. flakes. Cook until sausage is no longer pink, stirring frequently, about 7

  25. minutes. Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until onion is tender and sausage is light brown, stirring occasionally, about 7 minutes. Add

  26. tomatoes, cream and salt. Simmer until mixture thickens slightly, about 4

  27. minutes.

  28. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still

  29. firm to bite, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain.
