  1. 448 g can cut green beans, drained

  2. 448 g can cut wax beans, drained

  3. 448 g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  4. 1 medium green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and chopped

  5. 1 medium white onion, peeled and chopped

  6. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  7. 1/2 cup cider vinegar

  8. 3/4 cup sugar

  9. 1 1/2 tsp. salt

  10. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  1. Combine all beans, bell pepper, onions, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Toss gently to blend. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours and up to 3 days before serving. Allow to warm slightly at room temperature before serving.
