  1. cook pasta in boiling, salted water untill aldente suate the muchrooms in butter. cook untill brown, add heavy cream. once heavy cream begins to thicken, add oregano, tyme, and cilantro. let sauce thicken just a little bit more. salt to taste add the suace to the drained pasta, add cheese. put on a plate, garnish with a spring of fresh cilantro and serve. you can also serve it with a side salad and some slices of avacado.
