  1. 36 wonton skins

  2. 2/3 c thick-and-chunky salsa

  3. 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro

  4. 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  5. 1/2 tsp chili powder

  6. 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn , drained

  7. 1 15 oz can black bean s, rinsed and drained

  8. 1/4 c plus

  9. 2 Tbs fat-free sour cream

  10. Cilantro sprigs to garnish

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Gently fit 1 wonton skin into each of 36 small muffin cups. Bake 8-10 min or until light golden brown. Remove from pan; cool on wire racks.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients, except sour cream and cilantro sprigs. Just before serving, spoon bean mixture into wonton cups. Top each with 1/2 tsp sour cream. Garnish with cilantro sprig.
