  1. 1 lb Ground Round

  2. 1/4 c Minced Onion

  3. 2 ts Minced Parsley

  4. 1 Minced Clove Garlic

  5. 2 ts Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 ts Oregano

  7. 1 Egg White

  8. 2 tb Bread Crumbs

  9. 1 cn (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce

  10. 3/4 c Water

  11. 2 tb Soy Sauce

  12. 2 tb Lemon Juice

  13. 4 ts Granulated Sweetener

  1. Combine meatball ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls.

  2. Brown in skillet sprayed with no-stick coating, turning to brown evenly.

  3. Mix sauce ingredients, except granulated sweetener, and add to meatballs.

  4. Simmer 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat.

  6. Take meatballs out of sauce and place on serving dish.

  7. Stir granulated sweetener into sauce and pour sauce over meatballs.

  8. Calories per 3-meatball serving.
