  4. 1 green or red bell pepper

  5. 1 onion thinly sliced

  6. 1 tbsp cumin powder

  7. 3 bay leaves

  8. 1 tbsp butter or oil

  1. In a large skillet, place oil and chicken Cover and steam for over 45 minutes.
