  1. Pineapple Pudding

  2. 3/4 stick butter

  3. 3/4 cup sugar

  4. 4 eggs

  5. 1 can crushed pineapple

  6. 4 pieces bread, cubed, crusts included

  7. Cream room-temp butter and sugar together--this can be done right

  8. in the casserole dish it will be baked in. Beat in eggs, one at

  9. at a time. Stir in the crushed pineapple (make sure you drain it

  10. very well). Fold in the cubed bread--I use white but I guess you

  11. 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes--the

  12. edges will turn golden brown and it will get all bubbly. Serve

  13. warm, as a sidedish with your meal. It could be used as a dessert,

  14. but we usually indulge with our main meal)
