  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Grated lemon peel

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  1. Recipe Instructions In a medium saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add hot water. Cook, stirring over medium heat until the mixture is thick and clear. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until butter melts. Serve warm. This recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups.
