  1. 1 pound dandelions, washed, picked

  2. 8 potatoes, washed, quartered

  3. 1/2 cup milk, scalded

  4. 2 tablespoons butter Seasonings to taste

  1. Instructions Boil together the dandelions and potatoes in a very little water for about 25 minutes. Drain off water. Mash with a potato masher. Add milk, butter and seasonings.. Mix well. Then serve. This dish must be equal in consistency to mashed potatoes.
