  1. Baked Hawaiian Boneless chicken breast

  2. 6 boneless chicken breasts

  3. marinade

  4. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  5. 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

  6. 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  7. 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground ginger

  8. 2 fresh garlic cloves , finely chopped

  9. 1/2 cup sherry cooking wine

  10. fresh pineapple

  11. 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

  12. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  13. 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

  14. 1 cinnamon stick

  15. 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  16. 6 boneless chicken breasts in sauce for 4 hours. Remove chicken, reserve marinade

  17. 350 degree F oven for about 35 minutes. Baste frequently with marinade

  18. Fresh Pineapple: Combine in saucepan and simmer for about an hour. Serve with chicken

  19. Servings: 6
