  1. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach , thawed, drained

  2. 1 cup fat-free milk

  3. 1/3 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

  4. 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion s

  5. 1 clove garlic , chopped

  6. 1/4 cup chopped red pepper s

  1. COMBINE all ingredients except peppers in medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.

  2. POUR into food processor or blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Return to saucepan.

  3. ADD peppers; cook on low heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Serve warm spooned over hot cooked fish, chicken or pasta.
