  1. 1 1/4 lbs 567g / 20oz Asparagus

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cooking oil

  3. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Salt Dressing

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Rice vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Plum sauce

  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Soy sauce

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sesame oil

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Honey

  9. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Mustard powder

  10. 1/2 cup 118ml Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts

  1. Recipe Instructions Trim asparagus; cut spears diagonally into 1 1/2-inch pieces. In a pan, heat 2 inches of water to boiling. Add oil, salt, and asparagus; cook until tender-crisp, 1 to 2 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again. Pat dry with paper towels. Chill until ready to serve. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl. Just before serving, pour dressing over asparagus, sprinkle with Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts and toss lightly to mix.
