  1. 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt

  2. 1/4 cup chopped cucumber

  3. 1 tablespoon onion -- chopped

  4. 1 inch cucumber strips

  5. 2 teaspoons oil

  6. 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

  7. 1/4 tablespoon salt **GYROS**

  8. 1 clove Garlic -- finely chopped

  9. 3/4 teaspoon fresh oregano -- crumbled

  10. 1/2 tablespoon coriander -- crushed

  11. 1/2 tablespoon salt

  12. 1/4 tablespoon ground allspice

  13. 2 minute steaks -- (10 ounces),

  14. 2 large pita bread -- halved

  1. Preparation : 1. Prepare yogurt sauce: Combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, mint and salt.

  2. Prepare Gyros: Combine garlic, oregano, coriander, salt and allspice in small bowl. Pat minute steak dry on paper toweling. Add to spice mixture.

  3. Cook steak in oil in skillet over medium heat until medium-rare, 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon into pita. Garnish with cucumber. Serve with sauce.
