  1. 3/4 cup NORDICA Cottage Cheese (Fat Free or 1%)

  2. 175 mL

  3. 4 tbsp lime juice

  4. 59 mL

  5. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (approx)

  6. 30 mL

  7. 1/2 tsp granulated sugar

  8. 2 mL

  9. 1/4 tsp chilli powder

  10. 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

  11. 1 mL

  12. 10 cups mixed greens

  13. 2 cups fresh Ontario raspberries

  14. 500 mL

  15. 1 cup halved grape tomatoes

  16. 250 mL

  17. 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil

  18. 45 mL

  19. Instructions :

  20. In blender, puree cottage cheese, lime rind, juice and oil until smooth. Pulse in sugar, chilli powder, salt and pepper. Add remaining oil, if necessary.
