  1. 1/2 kg. chicken , cut up

  2. 4 glasses water

  3. 1 medium onion , finely chopped

  4. 2 medium tomatoes , ground

  5. 2 tsp. salt

  6. 1 tsp. black pepper

  7. 1 chicken cube

  8. 1 tsp. coriander powder

  9. 1/2 kg. molokia leaves, ground

  10. 3 tbsp. olive oil

  11. 5 cloves garlic , sliced

  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a pan and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.

  2. Add molokia leaves, continue simmering for 10 minutes.

  3. Saute garlic in hot oil until color is slightly changed.

  4. Pour fried garlic with oil over the soup.
