  3. 3 Apples, peeled and cut Into chunks 1 can Yams, drained (23 ounces)

  4. 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

  5. 1 can Whole-berry cranberry

  6. Sauce,

  7. (16 ounces)

  8. 1/2 cup Orange marmalade

  9. Yield: 8-10 servings.

  1. Apples, Berries And Yams In a skillet, melt butter (or heat oil) over medium heat. Saut apples until crisp-tender. Place apples and yams in a greased 3-qt. casserole. Sprinkle with the nutmeg.
