  1. SAUCE

  2. 2 cups Cool Whip

  3. 1 pint of Sorbet *(any flavor you like, but strawberry is a universal favorite. Also good with mango , sosonu or lemon )

  4. 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

  5. fruit

  6. 2 Chopped apples

  7. 1 can Mandrian oranges

  8. 1 Cup pinapple (fresh, canned or thawed)

  9. 1 cup sliced strawberries

  10. 2 cups additional berries (rasberries, blackberries , blueberries )

  11. Any other fruit you just LOVE-- pears , kiwi , mangos , peaches , plumsBeware-- bananas overwhelm this dish. Use them at your own risk.

  1. Mix whipped cream and sorbet together by hand. Mixture may be lumpy as sorbet softens.

  2. Add cream cheese in spoonfuls. Use electric blender 1-2 minutes. Again, don't be concerned if mixture is still lumpy. It's all good.

  3. Put mixture in freezer to set.

  4. Chop slice and prepare all fruit.

  5. Toss in a bowl. and drain excess fluid.

  6. RIGHT BEFORE SERVING--gently blend sauce mixture and fruit.

  7. SERVE in a bowl or over angel food cake.
