  1. 1 Cashew nut

  2. 1cup Sugar

  3. 2 Ghee

  4. 2 1/2 Water

  1. Mix together the chickpea flour and powdered cashew nut. keep side..

  2. Heat the sugar and water, make one string sugar syrup, add the flour mixture, stir well and keep adding warm ghee from time to time.

  3. When the mixture starts frothing and the ghee separates from the mixture, turn on to a greased plate, smoothen the top and cut into pieces, while still warm.
