  2. 2 packages frozen chopped spinach

  3. 2 jars marinated artichokes -- (6 1/2 oz)

  4. 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

  5. 1/2 teaspoon savory

  6. 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  7. 1 onion -- grated

  8. 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

  9. 5 eggs -- well beaten

  10. salt -- pepper and garlic

  11. -- salt, to taste

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions, drain. Chop artichokes and put in bottom of 2 quart dish with marinade. Mix everything else together except for 1/2 cup cheese and put in dish over artichokes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
