  1. 285g pasta

  2. 1 teaspoon butter

  3. 450g kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 1/4cm pieces

  4. 450g ready-made cheese sauce

  5. salt and pepper to taste

  6. 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese for topping

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain.

  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and fry until toasty at the edges. Drain off excess fat and stir in the cheese sauce. Stir in the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
