  1. clean and wash fish.. sprinkle with salt and the oil.. grind green chillies coconut cothmir, garlic and jeera powder in lemon juice. make a thick paste. mix in the salt. . smear all over the fish pieces and coat them well. then take aluminium foil pieces and wrap each piece of fish in it making a neat parcel. and concealing fish in the fish pieces on a cookie sheet. and bake in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. serve with roti and salad..
