  2. 2 tablespoons butter

  3. 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  4. 1 dash pepper

  5. 1/2 teaspoon fine-chopped parsley

  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Instructions Beat butter to a cream.

  2. Beat in salt, pepper, and parsley; add lemon juice, a few drops at a time.

  3. For red pepper butter, add in the place of the parsley one or two chilli peppers, chopped fine.

  4. A few drops of onion juice may be added.

  5. Best served with broiled meats and fish.
