  1. 1 cup 237ml Cider vinegar

  2. 5 tablespoons 75ml Worcestershire Sauce

  3. 2/3 cup 157ml Vegetable oil

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Butter

  5. 1 Lemon, thinly sliced - with peel on

  6. 3 Cloves garlic - minced

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Ginger - grated

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dry mustard

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until flavors are nicely blended, about 15 minutes. After it cools, strain the lemon slices out.
