  1. 4 cups Maple sirup

  2. 1 cup Cream

  3. cup Butter

  4. 1 cup Nut meats, chopped

  5. 1 teaspoon Lemon extract

  1. Cook the maple sirup, cream, and butter for 9 minutes after the boiling point is reached. Remove from heat, add the nut meats and extract and stir for 5 minutes. Pour into buttered pans and when cool, cut into squares.
