  1. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Extra sharp cheddar - cheese, grated

  2. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Softened butter

  3. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Flour

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Paprika

  6. 1 Stuffed green olives

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together very well, until very soft.

  2. Press some dough around each olive to make a little ball.

  3. Put the balls in a plastic bag, they can touch but try not to mash them up against one another, and freeze them overnight.

  4. Take them out of the freezer, put on an ungreased pan and bake about 12 minutes at 400F.

  5. Makes about 20.
