  1. 8 (about 3 pounds total ) skinless, bone-in chicken thighs

  2. 6 cups water

  3. 2 packets (2.82 ounces each ) MAGGI Sofrito Seasoning Paste

  4. 1 MAGGI Chicken Flavor Bouillon Tablet , crushed

  5. 1 green plantain , peeled and cut into 8 pieces 2 cups fresh or frozen cubed yucca

  6. 2 small red potatoes , cut into cubes

  7. 1 cup cubed squash

  8. 2 ears of corn , cut into 8 pieces 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves Chopped avocado

  1. PLACE chicken, water, sofrito and bouillon in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 10 minutes. Add plantain; cook for 10 minutes. Add yucca, potatoes, squash and corn; cook for an additional 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add cilantro; serve with avocado.
