  1. 2 cups milk

  2. 1 tsp mustard , dry

  3. 1/4 tsp black pepper

  4. 4 cups Cheddar cheese , shredded

  5. 2 Tbl roux

  6. 3 cups macaroni , cooked (approx. 1 1/2 cups dry)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Bring milk, dry mustard and black pepper to a slow boil. Add roux and cook about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until incorporated. Cool immediately. Cook macaroni until al dente and mix with sauce in a small pan. Bake covered for 35-40 minutes. Stir then serve.
