  2. COCOA FUDGE FROSTING

  6. 1/2 c Butter or margarine

  7. 1/2 c Hershey's Cocoa -- OR...

  8. -Hershey's European Style

  9. -Cocoa

  10. 3 2/3 c Powdered sugar

  11. 1/3 c Milk

  12. 1 t Vanilla extract

  13. In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add

  14. cocoa; stir constantly just until mixture begins to

  15. boil. Remove from heat; pour into small mixer bowl.

  16. Add powdered sugar alternately with milk, beating to

  17. spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla. Spread

  18. frosting while warm. About 2-1/4 cups frosting.

  19. Variation:

  20. Peppermint: Add 1 tablespoon finely crushed peppermint

  21. candy to frosting mixture.
