  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Fresh sea scallops

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lemon juice

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Water

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Minced fresh parsley

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Grated lemon rind

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Freshly ground pepper

  8. 2 Garlic - minced

  1. Recipe Instructions Place scallops in a shallow 2-1/2-quart baking dish. Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour over scallops; cover and marinate in refrigerator 10 minutes. Broil 5-1/2 inches from heat 6 minutes; stir well. Broil an additional 6 minutes or until scallops are done. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3 ounces scallops).
